Thirty four (34) training activities were undertaken, including specialisation courses and conferences, seminars and meetings.

This led to improvement in the qualifications of AIJU technical and research staff with direct repercussion on 24 researchers or technicians.

Furthermore, there was contribution to the training of 6 doctorates.

After receiving this type of training, the technicians made an effort to share their Know How with the other AIJU technicians and 550 companies of the sector and their technicians.

 These actions are leading the companies and professionals linked to AIJU to learn more about the new technologies that are finding the greatest success in the market, facilitating the inclusion of technological aspects and resources that might add value to companies and their products.
