“This project developed a study focussing on identifying innovation management needs for companies in Foia de Castalla and companies involved in the manufacture of children’s products. The results are published in “DIAGNOSIS ON INNOVATION MANAGEMENT IN SMEs IN FOIA DE CASTALLA”, where opportunities arising from innovation for companies are described. In addition, a web platform (www.aiju.es/agencia) was created so that companies can gain access to R&D+i methodologies, tools and management training and information structures used by large companies. These resources can be adopted by companies with the aim of improving, defining and managing genuinely effective innovation process and integrating them in their strategies for developing a culture of innovation.
