“The main aim of this project is to develop our own technology (although initially experimental) so that Spanish auxiliary companies and industry can correctly apply and implement Rapid Manufacturing (RM) technologies and contribute the added value necessary to enable them to recover from the crisis and position themselves in the forefront of other European companies. Another long term aim is to use this technology to develop new materials of our own, without being directly dependent on the original technology supplier. In addition, another aim that complements the previous is to develop our “own technology”, as Spain is an excellent technology importer but we do not develop it ourselves.”
