“The project performed a diagnosis of companies in Foia de Castalla and of companies involved in the manufacture of children’s projects in order to determine the state of innovation in the sector, identify improvement opportunities in terms of management of the innovation system and to publish them in the form of a guide. The diagnosis is composed of two parts. The first asks question on general innovation in the company and the second focusses on determining how innovation is managed in the company, asking on themes such as creativity, technological vigilance, project management, use of results, etc. Dissemination was via a web page including a self-diagnosis tool and a publication of good practices in R&D+i management that includes an interpretation of the requirements of the UNE 166002 standard, also providing examples and advice for improvement.”
